infectious

Medicines and vaccines

Take medicines only when the doctor says so. Vaccines prevent illnesses.

Healthy habits

  • A balanced diet and plenty of water.
  • Exercise, rest and hygiene.
  • Safety: helmet, seat belt, careful with medicines and plugs.
